Orders and availability
SetFoods sells food and foodservice products to customers in Canada. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, packaging, and images may change. An order is subject to availability and acceptance; if an item is unavailable or requires a substitution, SetFoods may contact the customer using the details supplied with the order.
Product images and descriptions are intended to help identify an item. Customers should review the product title, package size, unit, price, and checkout details before placing an order.
Delivery and shipping
SetFoods serves customers in Canada. Delivery availability depends on the delivery address and the service options shown at checkout. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, customers are responsible for the shipping or delivery charge displayed or calculated during checkout. Delivery timing is an estimate and may vary due to carrier availability, weather, order volume, or other factors outside SetFoods' reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 7 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Perishable products, frozen products, and opened items are not accepted for return.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless SetFoods confirms otherwise in writing. Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After SetFoods receives and inspects an eligible return, the refund will be processed within 7 days. Processing time for the refund to appear may depend on the original payment provider.
To request a return, contact SetFoods before sending goods back so we can confirm eligibility and provide next steps. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account and for protecting your account credentials. You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its security or normal operation, or misuse content, pricing, or account functionality.
