White Rice Flour is naturally gluten free, rich in carbohydrates and low in fat. It can be used to bake cakes, cookies, dumplings, breads and more, as well as thicken sauces and coat fish and other proteins. It is also very popular for the preparation of a variety of Asian noodles, which are a staple in Eastern cuisine. White Rice Flour is used extensively in Indian cooking and is a popular choice for gluten free baking, lending a delicate sponginess to baked goods. We grind hours on century-old stone-buhr millstones to produce a fine, light texture that offers maximum versatility. Use it to create noodles, cookies and cakes, as breading, or to thicken soups, sauces and gravies. This silky, smooth Rice Flour is finely milled from white rice, the rice most commonly found in your kitchen! With its neutral flavor, White Rice Flour provides a distinct crisp to your baked or fried recipes. When using it as an alternative, remember to blend it with other gluten free flours, or starches to achieve the perfect consistency.
