Monin French Vanilla Syrup Made with select Madagascar vanilla beans, this syrup delivers a fragrant, bold vanilla flavour with smooth sweetness. Use it in hot, iced, and frozen coffee beverages, cocktails, shakes, and other specialty drinks. Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, water, natural flavour with vanilla extract, citric acid, and fruit juice for colour Allergen-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, halal, kosher, and non-GMO No artificial colours, flavours, ingredients, preservatives, or sweeteners Refrigeration not required; store at room temperature away from heat and direct sunlight Format: 1 L PET bottle; four bottles per case Best-before date printed on the neck of the bottle Suggested preparations: French vanilla iced coffee: Fill a 16 oz glass with ice. Add 30 mL of syrup, 120 mL of chilled strong coffee, and 120 mL of cold milk. Shake or stir, then garnish with whipped cream. Madagascar martini: Shake 22.5 mL of syrup, 60 mL of pineapple juice, 45 mL of vodka, and ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
